Partha Sarathy is a seasoned technologist with over 32 years of experience in developing and managing large complex software products and teams across domains such as Analytics, Machine Learning, Engineering, VLSI/eda, and Wireless/handset software. He is currently working at AMD as an Analytics and Machine Learning expert, where he explores, develops and deploys advanced analytics and machine learning schemes and methodologies for AMD's internal needs and external offerings. Partha's goal is to be associated with developing and managing game-changing software products or new age algorithmic solutions in start-ups or big corporates. He specializes in software development, architecture, and design, algorithms, product management, and marketing. He has tactical and strategic thinking abilities, risk and competitive analysis skills, and can create business plans and funding proposals. He has the ability to influence without authority and has a direct understanding of US, European, and Indian management/work cultures - on-shore and off-shore. Partha has worked with top-notch companies like Nokia India Ltd and AMD in the past. At Nokia India, he was the Principal of Product Management/SW Planning, responsible for the product user experience for a host of applications and software products. He defined the vision and strategy at Experience application vertical and drove it through R&D teams and Product Owners for execution. He also identified, proposed, and managed key existing software products shipped on the device and owned the roadmap for new/existing applications to support the next generation Symbian mobile phone platforms. Partha has an Advanced MBA (AMP) in General Management and Senior Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. His technical skills include ML, software engineering, testing, product management, UI design, and mobile.
