Parthasarathi Mishra is an accomplished HR professional with extensive international exposure. He has been trained in Japan and the UK and was a core part of Tata Steel Limited as its CHRM of Kalinganagar Plant. Currently, he serves as a Board Member at Amnaya Corporation US. Parthasarathi has received numerous citations, rewards, and awards throughout his career. He was declared the "Most Influential HR Leaders in India" by World HRD Congress for its silver jubilee year 2017. He was also declared the awardee for "Outstanding Contribution to HR Profession" to be conferred in Kolkata on 08th Nov.2017 by World HRD Congress. He received the award "100 HR Innovators in India" by World HRD Congress on 16th Feb.2018 in Mumbai. He was also the recipient of the "HR Leader of the year award on 22nd June 2019 in Kolkata, by HRD India." Most recently, he received the "HR Ambassador of the Year award" on 30th January 2021, by The Economic Times & HRD India and the "Glory of HR India" award on 12th December 2020 in New Delhi, by HR Success Talk. Parthasarathi has worked with several renowned companies, including Tata and Reliance Naval and Engineering Company Limited. At Reliance, he served as Sr. VP & Head-H R and Board Member in Group Co. His role was to provide HR and IR advice and services to the organization that drives and reinforces the company's culture and business strategies. He managed HR and IR policies and practices to ensure that HR initiatives were competitive, innovative, and cost-effective to enable the company to retain competent, capable, and committed staff at all levels in the organization, while strengthening the company's position as an employer of choice. Parthasarathi holds a PGCHRM (Equivalent to PG in IE) in HRM from the Training Inst. for Productivity & Industrial Engineering, Govt. of India, LL.B from Utkal University, MA PM & LW from Utkal University, DTS from Thames Valley University, UK, and PIP from APO, Tokyo, Japan in Productivity.
