She is building next-generation NLP-based multilingual Conversation AI (chatbot) to automate the customer interaction process, using different technologies including, but not limited to, text classification, search, ranking, deep learning, etc. Her key strengths include product management, analytical skills, business analysis, data analytics, knowledge discovery, requirements gathering, customer interaction, problem-solving, people management, communication skills, Microsoft Office, and IT project management. Before joining Adobe, Parul worked for 4+ years as an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) developer, where she developed websites by developing components, templates, dialog, etc. She also worked as an Associate Technology L2 (AEM Developer) at Publicis Sapient and as a Software Engineer (AEM Developer) at Kellton Tech. Parul's tech stack includes product management, text classification, AI, deep learning, NLP, search, Java, Javascript, software engineer, and QA.
