He selectively partakes in paid speaking engagements, offers recruitment consulting services in the local Calgary market to startups and small businesses, and provides career coaching services to job-seekers across North America by way of advisory consultation sessions, resume reviews, interview prep, and sharing his expertise on networking and personal branding. He has experience in the entire recruiting process, from receiving, uploading and screening resumes, to conducting interviews and reference checks, to drafting offer letters and creating and maintaining employee files. In his free time, Pascal enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his dog Astro, and learning about new technologies and trends. He is a former minor hockey player, an avid fan of the sport and casual beer-leaguer. He can also never get enough of travelling the world, live music, fine foods, and new experiences.
