Patrick has risen from top companies to incredible ones while still moving across the United States. In every position he has held, Patrick has taken the lead to improve the current situation or put in place practices with the people around him. He is naturally entrepreneurial and wants to innovate and push the limit of every assignment. Patrick is an expert in doing, thinking, planning, and executing. He designs and writes just enough to have the team understand the direction and to lift apparent impediments.
