Paul Biagio is a Sr. Manager of IT, People Tech at Atlassian with over 11 years of relevant experience. He brings a unique perspective to the Business Systems, IT, and People programs due to his background in Software Engineering. Paul's global team seeks to solve problems through automated solutions that scale. Prior to his current role, Paul worked at Squarespace as the Manager of Corp IT & Business Systems and Manager of People Technology & Analytics. In his role as Manager of Corp IT & Business Systems, he was responsible for the overall systems architecture for HR, Legal, Sales, and Finance. He oversaw the project to migrate from UltiPro to Workday in 2021, developed solutions through automations and integrations to increase the efficiency of business processes, and administered Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence. He also assisted with implementing enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) with the enterprise SaaS application stack. He also partnered with the Internal Controls team and People team leads to establish procedures and serve as the point of contact for audits of internal People data and processes. He implemented GDPR controls and processes regarding employee data and created a library of scheduled reports and real-time dashboards to provide business leaders with relevant metrics to make informed HR decisions.
