Paul Bradley is an experienced Software Engineering Manager with over 18 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He currently works as a Software Development Manager at Dell EMC, responsible for the EMC Enterprise Storage Management Application, Unisphere for VMAX. He has also worked on the design and development of Symmetrix Management Console and led the team responsible for Control Center Symmetrix Manager. Paul has a strong background in Data Center, Storage, Storage Area Network (SAN), and VMware ESX. He is a skilled software engineer and has worked on various EMC products such as ECC Symmetrix Agent, Infomover, and Timefinder CheckPoint Manager. Prior to joining Dell, Paul worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Horner APG, where he was responsible for the development of a Host Application Software for the Windows platform. He also developed embedded code running on Intel and Motorola microprocessors to operate features and communication modules for Horner’s line of PLCs. Paul has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead at Alps Electric, where he led the development team on a product that allowed secure transfer of data over the internet for Windows applications. He was also the lead developer on a 3-dimensional mouse for the PC platform, developing the Windows device drivers and embedded microcontroller software. Paul holds a Masters in Computer Science with a focus on Cloud Computing from Cork Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Munster Technological University.
