Paul has been with major start-ups since inception to building and managing scale, processes, and profitability. He moved from Sales and Marketing role to the HR role to help build companies ground up. Paul is a seasoned HR professional with over 17 years of relevant experience. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams, driving talent acquisition strategies, and creating a culture of excellence and innovation. Paul's expertise lies in operations, policy, SOP process, recruitment, training, and continuous improvement. He has headed the HR function focusing on strategy, execution, culture, structure, innovation, and talent. Paul has built the team from 3 to 700+ education specialists and staff across the country. He has created robust structures for people analytics, making policies, and HR processes that ensure the organization remains a "Great Place to Work." Paul is an expert in leadership hiring, heading recruitment across locations, skill sets, and levels. He has streamlined JD documents, created robust and fair compensation structures and banding, and individual skill mappings for each person in the organization. Paul has also implemented performance management methods, frequency, and rating methodologies, linking them to salary and level progression. Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College, a PG degree in HR from XLRI, and an SSLC degree from Don Bosco MHSS, Egmore. He is skilled in AI, NLP, ML, Data Scientist, Neural Networks, and UI technologies. At Salesken, Paul is leading the HR function, helping everyone realize their full potential at work.
