Paulina Nogal is an experienced Front End Web Developer with a passion for building engaging web applications using modern technologies. She specializes in designing and developing intuitive, accessible websites and applications, using the latest design practices and accessibility standards while focusing on a mobile-first approach. Paulina enjoys collaborating with clients and coworkers, combining their ideas to create a beautiful user experience, on time and within budget. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Paulina has developed a wide range of technical skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular, React, TypeScript, PHP, WordPress, and Salesforce. She is currently working as a Front End Web Developer for the Application Infrastructure Services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In this role, she is responsible for designing and developing web applications that meet the needs of the university's faculty, staff, and students. Prior to her current position, Paulina worked as a Web Designer/Developer for Page One Web Solutions LLC. She also worked as a Team Guide for front-end web development students at Udacity, where she was responsible for planning and leading discussion topics, keeping students motivated, and giving them the support they needed to succeed. Paulina has a Master's degree in Management from the University of Gdansk, as well as a Bachelor's degree in SPA, Wellness, and General Health from the Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management in Gdansk. She also holds a Nanodegree in Front End Web Development from Udacity. In addition to her technical skills, Paulina is also skilled in mobile and web design. She is a creative problem-solver who is always looking for new ways to improve the user experience. She is a team player who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.
