Paulo Victor Campelo Selano is a Digital Product Designer with a passion for learning and turning concepts into real products that have real relevance to users. With over 2 years of relevant experience, Paulo has designed several products in different industries, with most of them related to I.T. Paulo has experience in creating low, mid, and high fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma, Axure, and Adobe XD. He is skilled in creating user journey maps, personas, storyboards, ideation, heuristic analysis, product roadmap, jobs to be done, brainstorming, information architecture, user interviews, and usability testing. Paulo believes that his role as a Designer is to facilitate product development and turn user needs into something real using the correct technique. Paulo is a graduate of the Universidade Estácio de Sá, where he studied Computer Programming - Web Development. He also holds a post-graduate degree in Digital Design from Estácio. Paulo has completed several courses, including React Developer from Udacity Brasil and Interaction Design Specialization from the University of California on Coursera. He has also completed a degree in Pharmacy from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Paulo's current role is as a Product Designer at CI&T, where he is responsible for designing digital products with a focus on user experience and interface design. Prior to this, Paulo worked as a Youtuber at Zikepv, where he created content about gaming and managed social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. He also worked as a Product Designer at Venturus, where he was responsible for prototyping in low, medium, and high fidelity, diagrams and user mapping, development of backlog, user stories, and product roadmap, and meeting and negotiation with clients. In addition to his work, Paulo is passionate about learning new things and challenging himself. He often joins hackathons to practice methods that he cannot apply on a daily basis.
