He is currently the Founding Partner and CEO of Pangean Global Services, where he is building India's first and only Decentralized, Distributed, Consensus Driven ChitStack called ChitMonks. With almost 19 years of relevant experience, Pavan has a deep understanding of payment systems in India, ranging from payment gateways to lending and wealth management. He has previously worked as a Project Manager at TCS, where he oversaw all Agile projects dealing with Wealth Management products for a leading insurance/assurance player in the US. He also served as a Project Manager managing the Structured Financial Messaging Services and National Electronic Funds Transfer project at IDRBT, RBI-Hyderabad. Pavan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University College of Engineering. He is a tech enthusiast and is well-versed in Decentralised technologies. Pavan's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his work at ChitMonks, where he is leading a team to build a platform that will revolutionize the chit fund industry in India.
