Pavan Kalyan is a Customer Support Specialist at Tech Mahindra, with 2.43 years of relevant experience in the field of Software Engineering. He is a self-proclaimed perfectionist who refuses to accept any standard short of perfection. While some might think of him as delusional, generally nuts, and stress out everyone else around him, he is not so bad once you get to know him. He enjoys listening to old songs that have deeper meaning when he is alone and stressed. Pavan's perfectionism started to infiltrate his brain midway through high school, but it was only in certain areas. However, when he hit college, full-blown perfectionism took over, and just about anyone who knows him now will describe him as a perfectionist. Though it is not necessarily a bad trait, it has both helped and hindered him throughout his college career and now that he has a job. Pavan completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Lovely Professional University in 2020. Before joining Tech Mahindra, he worked as a Career Consultant at Upgrad and as a Student at a self-employed company. With his experience in software engineering and his perfectionist attitude, Pavan is an asset to Tech Mahindra's customer support team.
