Pavan Sanghvi is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in 802.11 WLAN protocol testing on Enterprise Mobile Devices of Windows and Android Variants. He has extensive knowledge on protocols such as 802.11 a,b,d,e,g,i,n,r and has a good understanding of the functioning of 802.1X authentication protocols. Pavan has hands-on experience using Omnipeek and Wireshark for Packet capture analysis and IxChariot and iPerf to do performance testing. Pavan has a strong background in automation and has automated the testing of Roaming functionality on Devices using Agilent Programmable Attenuator Switches. He has also automated Throughput Test runs to find the Throughput of devices on different Modulation, Traffic(TCP/UDP), Direction(Uplink/DownLink), etc. He has written many Tools in C language to perform Stress Test to test the stability of the device. Pavan has excellent programming and scripting skills in C Programming, Perl, Python, Robot Framework, and Jenkins. He has written scripts to automate testing and creating reports for android and Windows devices. He has also written, reviewed Test Plans and Test cases for both android and Window devices. Pavan has closely worked with developers to help them fix issues and validate their fixes. He has a good understanding of hardware instruments such as Spectrum Analyzer and Signal Generator. Pavan has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. Pavan is currently working as a Lead Engineer at Zebra Technologies. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SSIR and a Software Test Engineer at Cisco. Pavan has relevant experience of 11.44 years in the field of testing, software engineering, Android, Python, Mobile, SDET, and Jenkins.
