Pavan Siva is a Food and Agribusiness Educator with a passion for transforming the agriculture industry. With a background as a farmer's son, he has dedicated himself to enhancing and delivering his capabilities to facilitate talent development in the Agri/Food space. Pavan has over a decade of experience in digital education content design and development, having worked with Agribusiness Academy and now with the Digital School of Food and Agriculture. In his current role, Pavan leads education design and delivery for learners on the Digital School of Food & Agriculture platform, which has active learners from more than 20 countries. As a Co-Founder of Knack Platform, Pavan is dedicated to advancing vocational and professional education in food and agribusiness in India. He has worked with Dr. Vijayender Nalla for five years to build online education delivery brands in the food and agribusiness space. Pavan is open to supporting any digital education content and blended education delivery needs within the food and agribusiness sector. Pavan's experience also includes being a founding team member of two digital education brands in food and agribusiness. He has nurtured his learner engagement and coaching skills in his lead facilitation role with the Institute of Food and Agribusiness Leadership. Pavan has a PGDM in Banking and Financial Support Services from the International Management Institute - IMI, a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from VIT, and completed his HSC and SSC from Narayana Junior College and Siddhartha High School respectively. With 4.69 years of relevant experience, Pavan is committed to driving change and innovation in the food and agribusiness industry through education and talent development.
