He designed and launched a next-gen Pricing API that honored customer context and served customer-specific or public pricing through Azure Pricing Calculator on azure.com, portal.azure.com, various other Azure clients, and enabled programmatic integration for customers themselves. Pavan also contributed and influenced the design of Azure commercial product catalog that enabled Modern Azure launch. He improved Azure service launch by reducing the Go-to-Market cycle time by 3X. Pavan also designed and launched C+AI Customer Portal, a responsive Azure hosted app that provided a comprehensive perspective of a customer's cloud engagement and equipped Field Sales with critical and timely insights to action. He enabled 25K+ Field Sales, Customer Advisory Groups & Support team with actionable insights that drove customer adoption of Azure services and achieved and sustained best-in-class NPS of 60+ for over 2 years. Pavan has a Master's in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's in Statistics and Computer Science from Sai Sudhir Degree College, affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. He is also an Avid Organic Gardner and Aspiring Violinist. Pavan is an excellent coach, speaker, and storyteller with strong communication skills.
