Pavani Vyasam is a passionate HR professional with over 17 years of experience in various aspects of human resources management. She has worked with different cultures, making her highly adaptable to new environments and productive from the start. Pavani is an extremely organized individual with experience managing projects, juggling multiple tasks, and adhering to tight deadlines. Pavani's dedication to her professional and personal development has led her to constantly look for ways to stretch herself and learn new skills in the workplace and beyond. She has wide experience in TA, workforce management, vendor management, social branding, inline with L&D, ER, PM, and business strategy. Pavani's sense of analysis has treated her well in scrutinizing the manpower requirements of clients in terms of fine-focused details, including EPECS - Experience, Personal & Professional Attitude, Expertise, Credentials, Skill Set, with exposure in design, development, and implementation of various HR initiatives. Currently, Pavani is a People Leader at Innovapptive, where she leads the People & Culture team to engage and develop talent to operate at their best. She is responsible for hiring strategy, people engagement and development, learning and development, organization development, employer branding, compliance management, rewards and recognition, and strategic planning and enforcement. Prior to Innovapptive, Pavani was the Head of Human Resources at Kore.ai, a platform of technology evangelists. She also worked as an HR and Recruiting Manager for Peel-India, where she managed all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and management, employee management, training and leadership development, performance management, rewards and recognition, organizational development/effectiveness, and succession planning. Pavani has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior from Gandhi Institute of Technology & Management (GITAM) University, Visakhapatnam, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Andhra University. She also has experience in mobile, AI, product management, iOS, UI, web, backend, big data, and integration.
