Pavi Agrawal is a transformational IT leader with over two decades of experience in providing value-added consulting services for small to large companies. He has a proven ability to execute and partner with business users and technologists to provide innovative solutions for complete business transformation and tactical initiatives. Pavi is currently the VP IT for Relativity and is responsible for Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Applications, PMO Office, IT Service Delivery, Help Desk, IT Infrastructure and Business Intelligence and Analytics functions. Pavi has been a Co-Founder and a Chief Technology Officer of four startups, which he sold to PE. His experience spans various industry verticals, including retail, CPG, wholesale, e-commerce, d-commerce, b2b, b2c, d2c, b2b2c, banking, manufacturing, media, M&A, business transformations, and startups. Pavi has a passion for driving innovation and growth and is a transformational leader. He has provided value-added consulting services resulting in increased customer satisfaction, increased revenues, new solutions, and new business models. Pavi has also held leadership positions in Tupperware Brands and Mars, where he was responsible for Global Vice President IT, Enterprise Applications and Architecture, and Global Head of Applications Architecture & Solutions Delivery, respectively. Pavi has a diverse educational background, including an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, and executive management programs from Stanford University and Northwestern University. He is currently enrolled in Wharton Executive Education's Global CXO Program. Pavi's tech stack includes infra and senior software engineer, and he has 15.19 years of relevant experience.
