With over 7 years of relevant experience, she has contributed her business analysis skills to around 17 projects that consolidate Middle East, India, and APAC geographies. Pavithra is proficient in eliciting and translating business requirements to user stories, conducting gap analysis, scope analysis, and impact analysis on business processes. She has also organized and led requirement review meetings, delivered requirement traceability matrix, BRD, FRD, use case, and process flow. Her expertise in system testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, regression testing, and automation testing is commendable. Pavithra is an expert in the process flow of HCM Payroll and key HR modules like Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding, Succession planning, Absence management, Compensation & Benefits, and Reimbursement & Cash advance. She has handled statutory requirements for various countries like Australia, Africa, Nigeria, and India. Currently working as a Senior Technical Analyst at Thirdware Solution Inc, Pavithra has previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Saipem and a System Analyst at Ramco Systems. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from NIT Puducherry in 2015. As a configuration management incharge (CMI) for audit process, Pavithra has exhibited assurance in all quality aspects like Risk Workbook, PSR metrics, SCMP report, SLA reports, RCA reports, etc. She is a center point of contact for all project activities and liaises with delivery managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
