Pawan Gupta is an Enterprise Architect at Deloitte Consulting with over 17 years of relevant experience. He is a technologist with a breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture, integration platforms, and performance optimization of business processes in ERP. Pawan is known for his ability to provide both thought leadership in enterprise architecture and go deep hands-on details with ease. Pawan has expanded his knowledge in recent years to bring architectural-level expertise across public cloud platforms, specifically Azure and OCI. He is very passionate about articulating and talking about various technology-enabled solutions with varied audiences from developers to CXO in both sales and delivery phases. In his current role as a Specialist Leader at Deloitte, Pawan manages consumer and industrial products industry technology engagements to address clients' needs around information protection and providing a unique solution strategy to help build the technology and business process architecture. He exercises discretionary decision-making authority to develop and drive the implementation of the technical delivery plan, assesses the staff requirements to perform and review the engagements, and works with Deloitte Consulting's Resource Management Team to select the professionals to successfully carry out each engagement. Pawan has also worked as a Manager and Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where he managed projects' complete requirements, prepared project planning, project estimation and budgeting, statement of work, and team reviews to ensure that appropriate Deloitte tools and methodologies are utilized and that they are in compliance with their best practices and contractual obligations. He prepared high-level configuration management plans, defining roles and expectations for each of the professional team members, conducted regular reviews, audits, and meetings with team members to monitor the project status and understand whether the objectives and deliverables of the project can be met within the scheduled deliverable dates. Pawan holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from RIT Raipur.
