With over 4 years of relevant experience, she has a proven track record of success in various roles. Currently working as an Academic Program Coordinator at Oxford Grammar School, Payel is responsible for overseeing and coordinating academic programs to ensure that they meet the needs of students and teachers. Her role involves developing and implementing curriculum, organizing workshops and training sessions, and collaborating with faculty and staff to improve the overall academic experience. Prior to her current role, Payel worked with SDMC and Peepul on the SDMC School Transformation Project, where she played a key role in transforming schools and improving the quality of education. She also worked as a Content Developer at Via News Didi, where she created content for various educational materials. Payel holds a Master's degree in Physics from Assam Don Bosco University, where she graduated in 2018. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Birjhora Mahavidyalaya, Bongaigaon, and completed her Higher Secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
