Peerakit Siributwong is a Technical Sourcer/Headhunter at Agoda, an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights, and more. He has over 6 years of relevant experience in recruiting for Back End, Full Stack, iOS, Android, Data Science, and other tech roles. Peerakit is responsible for the sourcing phase of the recruitment process, where he recruits passive candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, ATS, and other sourcing tools. He gauges both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit, and to understand candidate motivation. Peerakit has experience in forming a search strategy, ensuring targets are aligned, managing research, candidate outreach, sourcing and if need be, interviewing, database management and brainstorming with the team and Hiring Managers. He is able to produce results in an ambiguous and unstructured environment as he needs to make decisions at speed. Peerakit can work independently and autonomously while partnering with Recruiters and the Tech Stakeholders. Peerakit's past experience includes working as a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Agoda where he drove and owned the full life cycle recruiting process for Back End Engineer and other tech roles in Thailand, Singapore, and India. He identified, attracted, and closed the best talent that aligned with hiring plans. Peerakit partnered closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and effective hiring strategies. He also maintained the ATS to ensure accurate records of their recruiting pipeline and provided pipeline reports to the hiring team on a regular basis. Peerakit holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, which he obtained in 2016. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from the same university, which he obtained in 2010.
