Peng Wu is an experienced Test Engineer with a passion for building automation frameworks and infrastructure, developing internal tools, and automating test cases. With over 6 years of experience in Python programming and in-house automation framework development and test automation, Peng is highly skilled in Pytest and Appium automation, having worked in this field for 3 years. Currently working at Google as a Test Engineer, Peng has previously worked at Amazon and Cisco in various capacities. At Amazon, Peng was responsible for designing and developing new connectivity automation frameworks from scratch, developing testing libraries for ACS and Alexa app feature testing, building productivity tools such as Testrail run generation applications, and enhancing access control for testing package management applications. Peng also provided guidance to engineers and mentored interns to develop new productivity tools for internal teams. At Cisco, Peng designed and implemented automation frameworks and scripts for different features such as 32 way ECMP load balancing, Qos, Queuing, MPLS Qos, and regression scripts for Nexus 7000 Datacenter Platform XML output validation. Peng also developed test plans and executed test cases, working closely with developers for bug fixes to meet release deadlines. In addition, Peng reproduced and root caused customer found issues and automated the issues across multiple teams.
