Peter also spread blame-free review culture across Facebook, ran company-level review meetings, and set up similar incident reviews for 30 orgs across the company. Before joining Facebook, Peter worked as a Software Engineer at Narvalous Inc., where he designed and implemented backend APIs and mobile SDKs for top international game developers. He improved backend reliability to support a growing number of game releases. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Computer Science from the University of Chicago. He is skilled in product management, UI, backend, software engineering, and mobile development.
