Ping Xu is a Lead-Principal Technical Support and Integration Professional with almost 30 years of experience in the field. He possesses a unique combination of Cyber Security knowledge and Voice network knowledge, specifically in VoIP/IMS/5G/4G/3G/TDM. He is responsible for remote technical support, product upgrade, server optimization, and support team management. He manages support team operation and communicates with other teams for customer escalations and product improvements. He also supports TIP (Threat Intelligent Platform) product and manages customer meetings to share ticket progress, determine priorities, share KPIs, and manage customer expectations. At NetNumber, he supported the Titan platform with Redat/Solaris as OS on Bare Metal/VM/Cloud/OpenStake and different Titan-based applications, such as SS7 Firewall, Diameter Firewall, SIP, HSS/HLR, ENUM/DNS, STP, CRE. At Alcatel-Lucent, he supported IMS/VoIP network with system integration, presentation, design document making, installation, upgrade, MOP making, test documentation writing, test execution, security, database backup and restore, and product support.
