Pipas Ray is a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of driving successful end-to-end product development. Currently, he is working with VMock, where he is responsible for new product ideation, user journey, feature-set, and scope planning. Additionally, he conducts user testing and data analytics to find gaps in the product and develop new features or optimize existing functionalities to improve user experience. Before joining VMock, Pipas worked as a Management Intern at Altisource, where he identified key issues within the property registration process leading to payment reversals. He recommended changes required to fix the existing process and implementation plan for the same. Moreover, he developed a property registration dashboard for internal reporting, analyzed the requirements of business unit stakeholders and clients, and outlined accurate visibility of the portfolio's health. Pipas also worked as an Application Developer at IBM, where he managed legacy billing applications of a telecom client and led five new product enhancements. Additionally, he coordinated KT initiative with Tech Mahindra and provided training to four plus associates in the transition period. Pipas holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an exchange term in MBA from Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, and a High School degree from Gobardanga Khantura High School. Pipas has relevant experience of 5.87 years and possesses excellent skills in product management and testing.
