Piprikar Sushruta is a highly motivated and driven HR professional with a passion for exploring new opportunities and challenges. Prior to joining arzooo, Piprikar gained valuable experience as a Training and Development Intern at Fincare Small Finance Bank, where she worked closely with senior HR professionals to develop and implement effective training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. She also served as Head of Human Resources at Design Noise, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the company's HR function, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. Piprikar's educational background includes a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Acharya Bangalore Business School, where she is currently pursuing her degree and is expected to graduate in December 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in HR, General from Siva Sivani Degree College in India. With 0.60 years of relevant experience, Piprikar has demonstrated a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results. Her skills include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and training and development. She is a quick learner and is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow and develop her skills. In her free time, Piprikar enjoys exploring new places and cultures, reading books on personal development, and staying active through yoga and other fitness activities.
