Piyush Agrawal is an Engineer at EdgeQ with a keen interest in RTL designing. He has hands-on experience in designing through project and coursework and is currently working on hardware-efficient and high-performing RISC-V processor development using posit arithmetic in FPGA platform. Piyush is also well-versed in the field of PCB designing and control system modelling. With a huge interest in VLSI architecture designing, Piyush has gained 3.20 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering. He is currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at EdgeQ. Piyush's past experience includes an internship at Entuple Technologies where he worked on the driver circuit and speed control of BLDC motor. He used Matlab's Simulink to develop various models and observed and developed circuits for commutation and speed control of 3 phase brushless DC motor. Piyush also implemented the developed models on the physical motor with the help of Wavect hardware and software tool. He got firsthand experience on the BLDC motor, Wavect, and Matlab Simulink. Piyush has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi. He completed his degree in 2020. Piyush's tech stack includes software engineering.
