Piyush Jindal is a Director of Product Management with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. He is adept in product management, product development, product road mapping, product vision, product strategy, analytical thinking, agile leadership, team management, and communication. Currently, he is working as the Director of Product Management - Data & Measurement (Retail Media Network) at Albertsons Companies. In his current role, Piyush is responsible for creating and driving the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for a range of Retail Media Network products, including data platforms, identity graphs, clean rooms, programmatic media tools, and self-serve tools. He leads the strategic initiatives for the Albertson Media Collective, an organization focused on providing end-to-end services and solutions for CPGs and Non-Endemic Companies, driving new revenue streams for an evolving Retailer. Piyush is a strategic thinker and has a bias for action. He thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and easily partners with a wide group of stakeholders, from senior leaders to individual contributors. Piyush has experience in collaborating with engineering teams to co-create solutions with leading industry partners such as Google, Pinterest, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, and CTV. He works closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Site/App, UX, Finance, and Engineering, to create ground-breaking solutions. Piyush has led Design Think sessions to ensure customer needs were at the forefront of product development. He manages product managers in the creation of user stories and explicit business requirements, while prioritizing financial objectives. Prior to joining Albertsons Companies, Piyush worked as a Principal/Director - Product Management at Target, where he supervised three product teams that built $1Billion+ Roundel's Omni-Channel marketing customer data platform(CDP), measurement, and campaign optimization. He also led the product vision & strategy for Target, which generated $18MM incremental revenue by ensuring alignment with self-service strategies and goals. Piyush has experience in working directly with clients to ensure all the goals of a project are achieved and met within scope and budget. Piyush holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Software Systems (Specialization in Data Analytics) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a B.E. in Computer Science from PES.
