Pob Vutisalchavakul is a passionate learner and software engineer with 4.85 years of relevant experience. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer II at datasite, Pob has been instrumental in developing and maintaining a highly sensitive billing system that processes billions of dollars with accuracy down to every penny. Pob has also created an internal library that captures data of every activity on the application, which is used by many teams. This has led to the creation of a petabyte data warehouse used for analytics as well as generating SOX-report (FEC). Pob has also created a secure email-service for which the firm uses for all outgoing emails. Pob has led a team that developed and delivered the new landing page of Datasite, which completely revolutionized the look and feel of the application and streamlined its usage by providing insightful analytics and real-time notifications. Pob was also the lead contributor for Datasite’s latest product, Outreach, where Pob created various GraphQL, Node, and SpringBoot APIs, implemented a data integration system with Salesforce, and orchestrated an infrastructure for production-readiness of the application. Prior to joining datasite, Pob worked as a Software Engineer at Target, where Pob developed an application that allowed both Target Merchants and External Vendors to communicate and expedite orders. Pob also worked on the REDSKY team, where Pob stood up a new API that allowed the Target Mobile Apps to display locations of items to guests, implemented a functionality in the Target.com's data aggregator to deliver an item's price in-store, and worked with UX designers to render the front-end for Social Migration of Non-Target registered account in the Cartwheel app to switch to Target Accounts. Pob also worked on the Target Big Data Platform Team, where Pob developed a new website for the Big Data Platform Team that centralized all the different tools developed by the team into a nice UX for all team members cross Target. Pob holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Miami University and is currently pursuing a Mini-MBA from Miami University Farmer School of Business.
