He is currently serving as the Head of Technology at CreditVidya, where he is responsible for driving the company's technology roadmap and overseeing the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth. Pochadri is a practical technology expert who believes that technology is useful only when it solves real problems. He has a hands-on approach to software development and has been a full-stack developer throughout his career. He is particularly interested in DevOps and has a deep understanding of AWS and on-premise deployment challenges. Apart from his technical expertise, Pochadri is also an avid reader and has a keen interest in company culture, team management, business strategy, history, and human psychology. He believes that a company's culture is defined by what its employees do and not what they say, and his favorite book on this subject is "What you do is who you are" by Ben Horowitz. Pochadri has a strong academic background, with a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, an MTech in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology, and he is currently pursuing a Senior Executive Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School. In his previous roles at CreditVidya, Pochadri served as the Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Architecture, where he was responsible for managing engineering, QA, DevOps, database, data lake, and IT teams, establishing the agile development and testing process for weekly releases, and defining the guiding principles for the architecture and design of the new product - Lending Marketplace. Pochadri's technical expertise includes AWS, DevOps, test, QA, UI, and infra.
