Poem Daga is a versatile and reliable Technical Lead with over 5 years of experience in the Identity and Access Management domain. She is proficient in back-end development and conversant in both front-end development and Manual Testing. Poem has contributed to Product Design, managed end-to-end Product development cycles, implemented core frameworks, mentored team members, and ensured on-time delivery, customer support, and documentation. Currently, Poem is working as a Technical Lead at Ace Analytics, where she is responsible for developing products and leading the technical team. In her previous role as a Module Lead at Ace Analytics, she worked on Database Profiling, Attribute Profiling, and Role similarity Task with Scala Spark. She also drove complete IAP integration with Neo4j to publish the latest dataset in Neo4j graph, wrote Neo4j queries to lookup Active dataset with varying search filter and tree traversals, integrated scheduled job with Oracle Database, and built an independent Schedule Job to govern data uploaded in IAP. Prior to Ace Analytics, Poem worked as a Module Lead at Confluxsys, where she developed the Knowledge Builder product and integrated it with Cassandra and Postgresql Databases. Poem has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Shri Jain Girls College - Bikaner.
