Pola Akshay is a highly skilled Data and Business Analyst with over 3 years of experience in conducting research and analysis to improve business processes and systems. He has expertise in interpreting data and turning it into information that can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. Pola has also worked as a Data Analyst at Yatra, where he worked on Virtual Travel Assistant (YUVA) and identified intent recognition for different LOB (Line of Business). He also worked on POC for Whatsapp business for sending the images and itinerary for flight bookings through Yatra and created an API for sending and receiving information for itinerary. Pola holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics from Praxis Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from CVSR College of Engineering.
