Pooja Adhikari is a Management Trainee at Vodafone Idea Limited, currently pursuing the Vodafone Idea Leadership Program. With a background in Electronics and Instrumentation from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Pooja has completed her MBA in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune. Prior to joining Vodafone, Pooja worked as a manual tester of an enrollment application for a US Healthcare firm at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd. During her one-year Management Trainee stint at Vodafone, she has actively worked on projects related to Talent Identification, Capability Development, Rewards & Benefits benchmarking, and Young Talent. She has also pursued roles at CoE and as an HRBP. Pooja has previously interned with Vodafone in the Learning and Development vertical, where she recommended ways to improve Knowledge Retention among the employees. She conducted extensive secondary research, external survey, and internal survey to arrive at her final recommendations with an implementable plan. She also researched and recommended ways to leverage the art of Digital Storytelling to improve Knowledge Retention. In addition, Pooja has worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Peacock Solar, where she was primarily responsible for creating job descriptions and job specifications and reaching out to campuses pan India, inviting applications for the same. She took the preliminary screening interviews, managed the employee document repository, and handled smooth onboarding and exit of the employees from the organization. Pooja's educational background and work experience have equipped her with skills in talent identification, capability development, rewards and benefits benchmarking, and young talent management. She is proficient in test and research scientist skills and has relevant experience of 3.37 years.
