She is currently working with Atidan Technologies, where she is responsible for hiring IT engineers in India and globally. Her expertise lies in sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, hiring, salary negotiation, and post-offer follow-up until joining. Pooja is also responsible for mentoring a team of recruiters for client/internal requirements and accountable for the company's resource allocation across multiple skills. She is skilled in optimizing resource bench utilization and bench forecasting, which helps in revenue realization.
