RESQ Charitable Trust is a not-for-profit organization founded with an aim to minimize human-animal conflict and provide relief to animals in distress. We run two factions - one for wildlife and the other for domestic/ street animals and have provided aid directly to over 70,000+ animals since inception. We are registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 (E-5002); Section 12(A), 8OG of the Income Tax Act,1961; and Foreign Contributions Regulations Act (FCRA) 2010.

As we close out a whirlwind September and step into the final quarter of the year, we at RESQ Charitable Trust are taking a moment to reflect on the incredible momentum we've built—and the important work that still lies ahead. Over the past month, our team has been busier than ever, responding to wildlife rescues, conducting awareness initiatives, and continuing our efforts in mitigating human-wildlife conflict. This tireless work, however, is a collective effort. It's made possible by the vigilant citizens who inform us of animals in distress, the unwavering support of the Maharashtra Forest Department, and the invaluable contributions from our generous donors and supporters. Every case we take on—whether it's rescuing injured wildlife, rehabilitating orphaned animals, or raising awareness in communities—is a step toward creating a more harmonious coexistence between humans and wildlife. And as we enter the last few months of the year, we know the work is far from over. Our team is energized and ready to face the challenges ahead. Together, with our dedicated partners and supporters, we will continue to protect and preserve the rich biodiversity of Maharashtra, ensuring that no animal in distress is left behind. Helping Pune's Wildlife Stay Hydrated! As temperatures rise, wildlife around Pune often ventures into the city in search of water, which can be perilous for them. At SJ Contracts, we partnered with RESQ Charitable Trust to provide safe water sources inside their natural habitats. Our team contributed manpower and resources to set up these water relief spots, and RESQ has installed camera traps for monitoring. The results?
