Pooja Dutta is a talented Technical Recruiter with experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring. She is currently working with Inito, a medical technology start-up that has developed an innovative device called the 'Inito Fertility Monitor'. This device enables women to test for fertility hormones, track fertile days, confirm ovulation, and manage conditions like PCOS from the comfort of their home. Inito is the only at-home medical device from India to clear US FDA and feature twice on the Apple App Store. As an in-house Recruiter, Pooja is responsible for hiring candidates across different levels, from entry level to mid senior/managerial roles. She is also engaged in day-to-day HR activities and has helped various teams at Inito find the right fit for their roles. Currently, she is working with the Marketing team to find suitable candidates for positions such as Graphic Designer, YouTube Manager, Content Writer, and Growth Performance Marketing Manager. Pooja has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Marketing Management from Dibrugarh University. She has relevant experience of 1.94 years and is skilled in test and design.
