Pooja Dwivedi is an experienced professional in the field of circular economy, sustainability, and ESG. With a passion for supporting the development of the developing world, Pooja works to foster the adoption of sustainable business practices by corporate organizations within the region. She is currently working as an International Climate Protection Fellow at the Institute of Waste Management and Circular Economy, Technical University Dresden. Pooja's key competencies include sustainability strategy development, corporate engagement, sustainability and stewardship, ESG, sustainability reporting and assurance, and circular economy. Her interests lie in impact investing, sustainable finance, circular economy, and climate change. Pooja has previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Invest India and as a Global Youth Ambassador at Theirworld, where she promoted universal education for all through online and offline campaigns. She managed to get 2700+ petitions for G20 summit that aimed to establish an International Finance Facility for Education (IFFEd) to mobilize $10 billion or more annually in new and additional resources by 2020, and upwards of $20 billion by 2030 to address the global education crisis and get millions of children back into school. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Life Science from SRM University and is pursuing a degree in Urban Environment and Policy from National Law University, Delhi. She has 4.68 years of relevant experience and is a Research Scientist by profession. Pooja envisions a future of bio-economy driven by products and services of world-class quality, built upon the foundations of sustainable and inclusive business. With her expertise in sustainability and circular economy, Pooja is committed to supporting organizations seeking to go beyond business-as-usual and create a better world for all.
