Pooja Edigar is a Senior Software Engineer at HubSpot with over seven years of experience in agile and customer-centric research, product design, consulting, and software development and deployment processes. She holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. She also collects user feedback and aims for continuous improvement by shipping small and iterating quicker, mentors junior engineers and new hires to get them up to speed on front-end technologies and development, and helps HubSpot make hiring decisions by helping with technical interviews. Pooja is also a DI&B (Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) champion for the team by organizing impactful and productive discussions around diversity and inclusion to help bring everybody's best self to work! Before joining HubSpot, Pooja worked as a Software Consultant at TQS Integration Ltd. and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois Springfield. At TQS Integration, she was responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying various software from OSIsoft PI Software suite by gathering site requirements from the clients. At the University of Illinois Springfield, Pooja developed and maintained all the websites under the Department of Management Information Systems and conducted ongoing research on telehealth services in the USA.
