Pooja Jain is an experienced Engineering Manager at LinkedIn, where she leads and supports the Ordering domain with amazing members across two teams. She is currently on the lookout for Frontend and Backend engineers to join her team. Pooja's expertise lies in managing and owning order workflows, order domain models, and storage/retrieval. She also leads a UI team dedicated to enabling and evolving both LinkedIn's enterprise and member checkout experience. Prior to LinkedIn, Pooja worked as a Member Of Technical Staff 1 at eBay, where she was a key member of the Order Management team. Her responsibilities encompassed multiple applications ranging from the checkout process to public APIs, serving a huge number of internal and external clients. She was also the primary data source of Checkout, Selling/Buying APIs, OrderDetails, and many end-customer serving pages and apps of eBay. Pooja also worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at McAfee, where she was a key member of Intel's initiative to eliminate the need for passwords. She delivered unique multi-factor authentication & Biometrics solutions: True Key. She worked on product development from inception to delivery and was involved in architecture, design & development of the solution (API & Windows SDK) through all the phases of the SDLC and delivered them on time with high quality. She also managed, created, and launched microservice-based robust and scalable RESTful cloud services platforms with multiple databases (Cassandra, HBase, SQL Server, and MySQL) from ground-up for True Key Multi-factor Authentication, Account, Subscription, and Payment system. Pooja holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Leadership and Management from Inner MBA, which she is expected to complete in 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from Jai Narain Vyas University.
