Pooja Kardam is an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with a track record of identifying, capturing, analyzing, and reporting critical process metrics and key performance data. With over 5 years of experience in both product and service-based organizations, Pooja has worked on both web-based and mobile-based applications in two domains: ecommerce and ed-tech. She is well-versed in the agile process and has experience in team handling. Pooja is proficient in a range of tools and technologies, including manual testing (UI, functional, regression, sanity, smoke), database testing (MySQL Workbench, PgAdmin), bug reporting tools (JIRA), test case and test plan designing (TestRail, GoogleSheets), logs and debugging (Coralogix), compatibility testing tool (Browserstack), performance testing tool (Jmeter), documentation tools (Confluence, Spreadsheet for Data creation), and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
