Pooja Khare is a seasoned Technical Recruiter with over 14 years of experience in the industry. Currently, she is working with Amazon as a Technical Recruiter, where she is responsible for hiring Front End Engineers for the Seattle location. In her role, she is actively involved in recruiting for COVID-19 testing at Amazon, which is focused on ensuring the health and safety of essential employees while continuing to serve people who need their services more than ever. She is also responsible for rolling out on-site COVID-19 testing for all domestic essential employees located in Amazon FCs, AWS Data Centers, and Whole Foods locations, with a goal to scale worldwide. Pooja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha's Cummins College of Engineering for Women.
