Pooja Mahanty is a highly experienced Senior Program Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev, currently working on BrewDat, AbInbev's global data platform. With over 10 years of relevant experience, she is an expert in integrating data of large companies and creating use cases that transform the way we look at beverage industries. Her role as an enabler of various data pillars like Finance, Control, Procurement, and Legal inside of BrewDat involves interacting with multiple teams based out of different geographies to create one global data platform. Pooja's goal is to bring people together for a better world. As a Senior Program Manager, Pooja's job revolves around being the focal point for data consumers and planning projects that would serve them better. She works on 1YP, 3YP, budget allocations and planning, capacity allocations, etc. She is also responsible for ensuring programs she works on have a positive ROI in the long run. Pooja's past experience includes working as a Technical Program Manager and Manager DevOps-Data Engineering at Anheuser-Busch InBev. As a Program Manager at BrewDat, she managed data ingestion for Finance, Control, and Legal teams, managed a hybrid team of vendors and internal employees, and coordinated with several teams for QA, engineering, and architecture to create a plan for a product that end-users can consume. As a Manager DevOps-Data Engineering, she led a team of four dynamic women who contributed to 10 FTE savings with end-to-end automation extending to other teams in the organization. She also worked on data validation automation to reduce manual efforts and increase customer confidence. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology and completed her schooling from Sacred Heart Convent School. She has expertise in QA, Data Engineering, and DevOps. Pooja is also part of the D&I committee at ABInbev working on diversity and inclusion for women at the workplace. She is a winner of the Catalyst training group amongst several chosen leaders at the Global Capability Centre in India. When not working, Pooja loves to enjoy a beer!
