Pooja Peswani is an experienced Client Success Manager with a passion for helping companies upskill their workforce for the jobs of tomorrow. Prior to joining Degreed, Pooja worked with Udacity India as a Business Development Manager, where she helped CXOs across APAC transform their businesses through upskilling their workforce in emerging technologies. She has also worked with OneDirect, a CX management firm, as a Customer Success Manager, where she helped brands exceed their goals in the areas of social listening and online response management strategy. Pooja holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from UV Patel College of Engineering. She has a creative bend of mind and an inclination towards alternative thinking, which helps her to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems. With 8.36 years of relevant experience, Pooja has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in today's rapidly changing landscape.
