Pooja Salot is an accomplished Engineering Manager with over 9 years of experience in the technology industry. She is currently working at Purplle.com as the Manager of the Backend Engineering team for the product JioCinema. Pooja is responsible for designing the new architecture and managing the backend infrastructure, as well as leading and assisting the team in migrating the old legacy code written in Node.js to GoLang. Prior to her current role, Pooja worked at Jio as the Manager-Backend Engineer, where she was responsible for designing the new architecture for the product with improved infrastructure using Kubernetes and microservices based architecture.
