Pooja Satija is a passionate and dedicated software engineer with over 6 years of experience in the industry. Currently working as an Engineer II at American Express, Pooja is a part of the IVR International ConneX Delivery Team, where she is responsible for building new features and resolving high-priority production bugs. She has also integrated Spring Boot admin server for all APIs for monitoring health, logs, JVM & memory metrics and worked on AOP, actuators & MDC logs to create Splunk Dashboards. Pooja is proud to have saved ~94 hours using Cyara automation for IVR testing. Prior to her current role, Pooja worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Accolite, where she was involved in enhancing the Eduthrill- CodeLyzer project - a coding platform for hiring and learning purposes. She worked on various aspects of the project including CodeLyzer Microservice, Client Admin Microservice, and integration with Prometheus and Zipkin. She also added functionality to upload MCQ questions, added an image editor with MCQ questions, and integrated Candidate History and Test results screen to see a candidate's performance till date. She was involved in leading interns, taking interviews, and giving training to new joiners for the organization. Pooja has experience working as a Business Analyst at Evalueserve, where she worked as an Insight Analyst and handled ad-hoc requests and automating regular reports using programming skills. She is skilled in using various tools and technologies such as MS Excel, VBA, Oracle, Omniture, Basic R, and RShiny. Pooja holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Delhi University and a Bachelor’s Degree in B.Sc.(H) Computer Science from the College of Vocational Studies, Delhi University. She completed her High School from Summer Fields School. Pooja is proficient in various technologies such as Spring, Spring Boot, Java, Microservices, Docker, MySQL, AngularJS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQL, Jenkins, AI, Data Warehouse, Big Data, Redis, Javascript, and Search. Pooja is a simple and sincere girl with a lot of potential. She is passionate about working in a challenging, interactive, and learning environment where she can contribute effectively and productively and help the company to grow. She is an excellent team player and has won Gold and Silver in Accolite Olympics 2020 in Cricket, Badminton, and Carrom.
