Pooja Upadhyaya is a highly experienced software QA professional and certified Professional Scrum Master with over 11 years of experience in the industry. She has diverse exposure in various projects and has hands-on experience in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile Scrum Methodology. Pooja has extensive expertise in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Environment Setup, TestData Setup, Defect Management, Test results reporting, and Test Traceability Matrix to ensure comprehensive coverage of test coverage of requirements. She is also well versed in various test methodologies like agile, iterative agile, and waterfall. As a QA Lead at Paytm, Pooja is currently responsible for owning all the test deliverables from Backend to Frontend for CST team as a Quality Analyst. She has completely owned the design and development of Automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and using capabilities of PageObject Model (POM) of Unified Agent panel (UAP) for CST Recharges Team. Additionally, she has developed an Automation framework for CST Backend Rest API's using Rest Assured architecture. Pooja has also worked at HCL as a QA Analyst, where she created automation scripts using existing Selenium framework for Case management of Salesforce platform. She was involved in Automation Test Plan Preparation, customization, and maintenance of Selenium AutomationFramework. She also prepared traceability matrices, Defect matrices, and weekly status reports. Pooja is well versed in various technical skills, including Test Automation, Messaging Platform, Bug Tracking Tools, Languages/Scripting, Application Tools, Framework, Databases, Continuous Integration Tools, Platform, Version Control, Build Tools, and Processes. She has worked on various platforms like Windows, Linux, Unix, Android, and IOS. Pooja has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from UPTU and a B.Tech CSE from UPTU. She also completed her 12th from St Francis Convent School.
