Pooja Venkatesh is an accomplished AI professional with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. She is currently working as a Deeplearning | Ai Devrel Manager, South Asia at NVIDIA, where she is responsible for evangelizing and tech enablement of NVIDIA software and products in the AI industry. Pooja works with developers to solve their deep learning problems with respect to architecture/code/optimization. Her aim is to help customers have the most optimized applications using NVIDIA GPUs and accelerate their GTM process. Prior to NVIDIA, Pooja worked as a Vision Algorithms Developer at ByDesign, where she developed deep learning applications for Intelligent video analytics systems. She worked on the design and implementation of automatic number plate recognition for Indian license plates, OCR for automatic document verification, and smart parking application for ByDesign surveillance cameras. Pooja also contributed to the development of encoders for broadcasting for different resolutions for ByDesign set-top boxes. Pooja has a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Engineering, Electronics, and a Master's degree in the same field, both from IIIT Bangalore. She possesses a wide range of technical skills, including AI, Deep Learning, and test. Pooja is confident, honest, and humble in her approach to work.
