She was responsible for building the HR function from scratch and played a key role in the company's growth phase. Poonam leveraged her experience in risk management at some of the largest financial services firms in the world to build solutions that met the needs of the company's progressive clients. Before joining bluCognition, Poonam worked as a Recruitment Lead & HR Manager at GAC Consultants LLP. Here she was responsible for talent hiring (IT and Non-IT), building and managing teams, and communicating with stakeholders. Poonam's ability to build strong relationships with clients helped her to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations. Poonam holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource and Marketing from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.
