Prior to Bidgely, Poornachand worked as an Analytics Manager at Vidal Healthcare, where he managed public and private insurance giants in the healthcare domain. Poornachand also worked on workforce management, productivity analysis, and cost reduction using advanced analytics, workforce productivity mapping with performance-linked incentive projections, forecasting and scheduling of pre-auths and claims for different corporates and network hospitals using predictive model techniques, portfolio analytics for insurers, and fraud analytics to reduce fraudulent claims.
