Poorva Rathi is an Integration Engineer with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver the best technical solutions. With almost three years of relevant experience, Poorva is currently employed at PayPal as an Integration Engineer 3. In her current role, she consults with external clients to understand their business priorities, operational challenges, and technical infrastructure, and proposes technical solutions to meet their needs. She develops best-in-class solution designs, test cases, and launch plans for opportunities, handles post-live communication and follow-ups with enterprise-level clients, advises management and appropriate groups on support issues impacting customer satisfaction, and provides recommendations for appropriate actions. Additionally, Poorva advises and assists the technical documentation team in creating excellent self-service integration guides and implementation best practices. Prior to her current role, Poorva was an MTS Engineer at PayPal, where she was responsible for the installation and configuration of payment APIs and commerce products. She conducted test scenarios with code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints, communicated technical issues to PayPal merchants and internal departments, diagnosed and identified issues with APIs, Code, Services, and Network connectivity, collaborated with internal and external partners toward problem-solving, worked directly with developers, merchant and internal teams on post-integration issues to provide technical support, consulting, and best practices, identified irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors with PayPal products and services, supported hardware and software involved with merchant payment processing, and supported onboarding of merchants with a payment processing solution. In addition to her experience at PayPal, Poorva also worked as a Web Developer Intern at apexx strategies, where she designed and developed user interactions for front-end website architecture, developed back-end website applications, ensured cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications, worked alongside graphic designers for web design features, designed and developed APIs, and met both technical and consumer needs. Poorva holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University, which she completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, which she completed in 2017. Her technical skills include integration, test, web, infra, mobile, frontend, and backend.
